Adopts full closed-loop control technology, suitable for five-axis machining of precision parts and complex hardware compo-nents, as well as precision grinding of hard and brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, silicon and gemstones.

•It features stable micron-level machining capability, enabling 0.1 μm feed, 1 μm cutting, and nano-level surface finish.
•Equipped with a Φ120 high-speed motorized spindle, it features high rotational speed and low vibration, and is capable of precision machining including precision milling, grinding, and micro-hole drilling.
•Equipped with an on-machine inspection system, it performs on-machine detection and correction for workpieces, tools and machine status, reducing the impact of "inherent deviations" of key factors on part accuracy.
•Various accessories and software can be configured to achieve precision grinding of features or products such as holes, cylinders, profiles, optical spherical lenses, and optical aspherical lenses.
•A high-precision grinding filtration system can be configured to filter fine particulate impurities in the cutting fluid and improve the surface machining quality of workpieces.
