Robust Bed Structure
•The design of high-rigidity hard rails and high-tension Meehanite cast iron bed provides high-rigidity guarantee for high-precision, heavy-duty cutting.
•The internal ribs are not evenly distributed, but are optimized and designed through finite element analysis, with key reinforcements at the locations that bear the main stress to achieve the best balance of high stiffness and lightweight.
Highly rigid shaft feed structure
It adopts a full-axis hard rail structure and expands the width and span of the guide rail to effectively improve the rigidity of the equipment, making the equipment more suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
