MAIN PERFORMANCE & STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
►High-torque spindle design: The spindle is made of chromium-molybdenum steel with a hardness as high as HRC60-62, ensuring the best rigidity and accuracy. The boring bar can be extended to 500/800/1000 long with deep hole processing capabilities, and allows it to process true circles to the micron level.
►High-precision rotary table: The table (B-axis) adopts ring-mounted hydraulic clamping. During heavy cutting, its accuracy is stable and excellent. The rotary table is controlled by servo.
►Automatic rotary positioning, suitable for various processing needs. The disc has been professionally scraped to achieve excellent accuracy.
