MAIN PERFORMANCE & STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
►Adopt fixed beam structure, the cross beam is vertical and orthogonal linear guide rail. The X and Y axes adopt heavy-duty linear rolling guides with large load capacity and high precision.
►The Z-axis has an eight-sided hard rail square ram structure (ram section 500x500mm), ensuring the rigidity of Z-direction feed and the maintenance of high-precision feed.
►Standardly equipped with Taiwan famous brand high-speed spindle unit (equipped with 5:1 high and low gear head), suitable for low-speed heavy cutting.
►The basic parts of the machine tool are made of high-quality high-strength cast iron and gantry frame structure. The whole machine has good rigidity, shock resistance and accuracy maintenance.
► Balance cylinders are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the ram, and the Z-axis response speed is fast.
