PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
►Adopt fixed beam structure, the cross beam is vertical and orthogonal linear guide rail.
►The X and Y axes adopt heavy-duty linear rolling guides with large load capacity and high precision.
►The Z-axis has a six-sided rectangular hard rail structure to ensure the rigidity of Z-direction feed and the maintenance of high-precision feed.
►Standardly equipped with Taiwan famous brand high-speed spindle unit (maximum speed 6000rpm), suitable for low-speed heavy cutting.
► Balance cylinders are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the ram, and the Z-axis response speed is fast.
Stable bed, wide application range
•Suitable for various mechanical processing fields such as automobiles, ships, printing, packaging, textiles, military industry, molds, etc., and can automatically complete multiple complex processes such as milling, drilling, boring, and tapping.
•The basic parts of the machine tool are made of high-quality high-strength cast iron and gantry frame structure. The whole machine has good rigidity, shock resistance and accuracy maintenance.
